This letter is in regards with a complaint and grievances I have with Icici bank. My name is Nagesh and I have a saving account with the bank, There are two unidentified transaction through ( ATM withdrawals ) on my accounts one on 24/9/2008 for Rs 10,000 and the other on 24/10/2008 for Rs 13,000 for which I have already made a formal complaints with the call center and also to one of its bank branch, I was told that they would get back to me in 2-3 days which didn’t happen later on I myself had to visit bank branch were I was told that they will show me the clippings of a person who had withdrawn a cash from the ATM. Even at this time I was told that they would give a call and inform me in 2 days about the clippings but even after passing a week there was no reply from your bank so I personally had to visit the branch again. On reaching the branch I was told the clipping were not available as it had some functional error. Even the investigating team from bank took the details of my accounts but don’t have the courtesy to reply back and till now no response. Now
I have some question in my mind regarding this fraud.
1 Why does the investigation takes so long to take place with icici bank. Just because it is customer money and not banks.
2How can a money be withdrawn from a ATM when the debit card is still with me when I don’t share any of its details with any one.
2) Why was the CCTV camera in ATM machine not functional when you know it is such a sensitive and important issue?
3) Of the two fraud transaction on my account which were in a span of one month no clipping were available even for one of the transactions. How is that possible?
4) Does that mean the person committing crime was aware about CCTV camera not functional. Is he related directly or indirectly to bank?
5) No images form CCTV camera for both the transaction is this my fault.

Please Friends suggest something as i have lost all the hope with Icici bank with the way they are functioning Please also guide me how would I get my money back.
