How can I load money myself onto my child support debit card called E-quickpay?

October 10th, 2009
marcella h asked:

I was recieving my child support from Oh on this debit card which I also use to pay a bill that is in Oh.. Now that I’m in Florida, Florida has rerouted my money to come through their system via check. When I recieve the checks I would like to load the money onto my card again. I can’t seem to find out how to load monies on. It is a prepay debit system so there should be a way. I don’t want another prepay card with a bunch of fees and charges, besides, I pay a bill on this one every month and I like it that way.

Can money be refunded to a prepaid debit card?

July 06th, 2009
Tiffani=] asked:

For christmas my parents bought me a prepaid debit card form walmart and I bought something over the internet. Turned out what I ordered was out of stock but they already took the money off my card. So can the money be put back on to the card? The people at the business I bought form said that it would take 7-10 days to get the money back but it has been 13 days. Did the company mean 7-10 business days?
