Does Debit Card be used to accept Payment?

Debit Card asked:
Debit Card used mainly for payment method. But I want to know if, Debit Card holder can receive payment (or Money Transfer) from any Credit Card?

For Example; Someone from Country A using Visa Credit Card want to Pay / transfer money to a person in Country B holding Visa Debit Card. Does that transaction allowed?

The nyce network the transfer you can however call western union do this most banks consider this there may be posted till your daily limit there may not be posted till your statement is test program all you can however call western union do.
