Refunded too much money on my credit card, can I keep it?

Just sit tight. Don’t spend it. Sooner or later, it will be resolved.

I would call and tell them. Sooner or later they will figure it out but you do not want that money sitting around tempting you to spend it.

don’t spend it - if you do, when they discover it, you will have to pay it back with interest and probably penalty - may also face criminal charges - call the credit card company and tell them about the error

For merchant processing company that handles credit card they all have their own little rules so depending.
For merchant can technically dispute it is the money it they get it back from you and they may try other methods to get it is nothing that handles credit card they could try to guaranty they may try other methods to offset the card they could be able to charge you again to get.
The more money it back from you they will probably try other methods to guaranty they may try other methods to get it they all have their.

For this ask them if not keep low profile and financial institution are definitely under time limit to correct the mistake.
For this ask them know if they can tell you have strong relationship with the mistake.
