Does Debit Card be used to accept Payment?

Debit Card asked:


Debit Card used mainly for payment method. But I want to know if, Debit Card holder can receive payment (or Money Transfer) from any Credit Card?

For Example; Someone from Country A using Visa Credit Card want to Pay / transfer money to a person in Country B holding Visa Debit Card. Does that transaction allowed?
