He is legally married in the Philippines, but he is having an affair with another woman in the US and is now with a one-year old child. His money goes mostly to the third party.
They are not married yet, they are not even living together so they won’t get caught having an affair.
What should the legal wife do to ensure a successful demand for child support? What documents should the wife prepare?
